B-Vitamine in der Menopause

B-Vitamine spielen eine entscheidende Rolle in der Menopause, insbesondere für den Stoffwechsel, die kognitive Funktion und die Knochengesundheit. Vitamin C in der Menopause

Studien zeigen, dass eine ausreichende Zufuhr von Vitamin C in der Menopause positive Effekte auf die Knochengesundheit hat. Eine Untersuchung mit 198 koreanischen Frauen ergab, dass eine höhere Vitamin-C-Aufnahme mit einer besseren Knochendichte in Hüfte und Oberschenkelhals verbunden war. Zudem zeigte eine Studie, dass Vitamin-C-Supplementierung über 12 Wochen die kognitiven Fähigkeiten verbesserte. Darüber hinaus deuten Untersuchungen darauf hin, dass oxidativer Stress eine Rolle bei der Verschlechterung der Herzfunktion in der Menopause spielt und Vitamin C hier schützend wirken könnte.
