Shipping policy

8. Delivery

By accepting the order and sending the corresponding order confirmation, each provider commits to providing the service as quickly as possible. The customer is contractually obligated to accept the duly offered service. In case of non-delivery, the customer is entitled to cancel the contract no earlier than four weeks after the agreed delivery date. If the order is canceled due to non-delivery, the provider will refund any amounts already paid in advance. All estimated delivery times are subject to change without notice and serve only as a rough guideline, not binding. Products offered by the provider are individually formulated and mixed based on the customer's information, with the providers collaborating with suppliers. A purchase contract is therefore subject to the unilateral condition of non-delivery or delivery impossibility. If a product is no longer manufactured or cannot be delivered by the supplier, each provider reserves the right to terminate the contract by informing the customer. In such cases, the provider assumes no liability. Products delivered to the customer remain the property of the provider until the purchase price is fully paid. Damages (visible or concealed) and incorrect deliveries must be reported to the relevant provider within 5 days of receiving the shipment. The product must not be used and must be returned. Damages must be reported to the shipping company, if possible at the time of receipt, but no later than 2 days afterward, and be certified. For customers in Switzerland, goods are delivered free of charge from the provider's central warehouse to the customer's home for orders over CHF 350 (Switzerland). For orders under this amount, shipping and handling costs CHF 10. For international shipping, the applicable shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout in the webshop.

  1. CANCELLATION, RETURN, AND PRODUCT RETURNS
    Food products:
Food products (including micronutrients) cannot be returned.

For all other products (i.e., products that are not food products):
If the packaging is damaged upon delivery, the customer is required to immediately take photos of the damaged packaging. The customer should not open or accept the damaged package (i.e., the customer should return the damaged package to the delivery person). If the damaged package was delivered to the customer's mailbox, the customer should take photos of the damaged package and immediately return it. The customer should immediately contact the provider if the contents of the package are damaged.

  1. LIABILITY AND LIABILITY EXCLUSION
Each provider commits to carefully providing services according to these terms and conditions and other contractual provisions. In any case, claims for damages due to impossibility of performance, breach of contract, fault at contract conclusion, or tort are excluded, unless there is intent or gross negligence. This exclusion of liability applies to each provider and its assistants. Liability for indirect and consequential damages arising from use, misperformance, or failure of performance is excluded.

Liability exclusion concerning customer-provided information:
Each provider requires various personal details from the customer for the individualized formulation and mixing of products. These details are provided by the customer, who completes a corresponding questionnaire. The customer is obligated to provide truthful information, especially about their health condition, pregnancy, medical treatment, and medications. Each provider disclaims liability if the information received is partly or entirely incorrect and errors and/or damages arise from incorrect information.

Liability exclusion concerning the webshop and website:
The content of this website and webshop has been created with the utmost care and to the best of our knowledge and belief. The providers assume no liability for the accuracy, correctness, completeness, or quality of the content provided. Liability claims against a provider related to damages of a material or immaterial nature caused by the use or non-use of the provided information or by the use of incorrect or incomplete information are excluded, unless the provider has acted with intent or gross negligence. Each provider explicitly reserves the right to modify, supplement, delete, or temporarily or permanently discontinue parts of the webshop or the entire offer without prior notice. A provider is not obligated to monitor third-party transmitted or stored foreign information. Removal or blocking of such content will occur immediately upon becoming aware of a specific legal violation. A provider’s liability is only possible from the time they become aware of a specific legal violation.
