Powerlife® undertakes to provide the services to the customer with due care in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and the other contractual provisions. Claims for damages arising from impossibility of performance, breach of contract, negligence upon conclusion of the contract, or tortious acts against Powerlife®, unless there is intentional or grossly negligent action, and against Powerlife®'s vicarious agents or vicarious agents, are excluded. Liability for indirect and consequential damages resulting from use, faulty performance, or failure of performance is excluded.
Powerlife® requires various personal information from the customer to formulate and blend its products individually. This information is obtained from the customer, who completes a corresponding questionnaire. The customer agrees to provide Powerlife® with truthful information, particularly regarding their state of health, pregnancy, medical treatment, and medication. Powerlife® accepts no liability should the information provided be partially or completely inaccurate, and should errors and/or damages result from the inaccurate information. The customer takes Powerlife® products at their own risk.
